Man ejected, killed in rollover crash in Rockville

The crash happened in Rockville, which is southwest of St. Cloud.

A single-vehicle rollover crash took the life of a man in Stearns County on Monday. 

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says 37-year-old Oracio Guzman of Cold Spring rolled his Chrysler 300 at the intersection of 234th Street and Broadway Street West in Rockville around 7:30 p.m. 

Guzman was ejected from the vehicle and found in a field about 50 feet from his car. First responders treated Guzman at the scene and airlifted him to North Memorial Hospital, but he did not survive his injuries. 

An autopsy will be conducted by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office. 

The cause of the crash is being investigated.

According to the Minnesota Department of Traffic Safety, there have been 195 fatalities on Minnesota roads so far in 2018. At this time last year there had been 199 deaths.
