Man sought for questioning after boy was inappropriately touched at Edina pool

Edina police have issued a picture of a man wanted in connection with a possible sexual touching of a child at an Edina pool.

The incident happened in the men's locker room at the Edina Aquatic Center in Rosland Park around 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17.

According to the City of Edina, a white man with dark brown hair followed a young boy into the restroom stall and "touched him inappropriately."

Security cameras at the center shows the man in the locker room at the time of the incident.

He appears to be wearing a Chicago Blackhawks cap and may have been carrying a Chicago Bears beach towel.

Investigators want to talk to this man about what he may have seen. Anyone who can identify him can contact the Edina Police Department on 952-826-1600.
