Bias incident

Police are looking for the man pictured above in connection with a "bias-motivated" stabbing in Minneapolis.

The incident happened last month, just before 8 p.m. on June 17, in the area of 2001 Nicollet Avenue South.

It was there they found a man with serious slash wounds to his arm and stomach.

The suspect, described as a "Native of Hispanic male," was wearing a grey baseball hat, light blue jeans, a red t-shirt and had tattoos on his left arm and stomach.

Witnesses told police that before and after the attack, he was shouting racial slurs at the victim, with the photos above taken moments after the assault occurred.

The victim was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center by ambulance.
