Sarah Master announced last month she would be leaving Minneapolis' Cafe Barbette in April.

Over the weekend she wrote on Facebook she is opening a restaurant and resort with business partner Dan Beckwith in her hometown of Pengilly – a small town located between Hibbing and Grand Rapids.

They'll be opening a modern, 90-seat supper club at Mr. Robert's Resort, which will have RVs and cabins on the shores of Swan Lake.

“This has been a dream of mine for a very long time,” Master told the Hibbing Daily Tribune. “I’ve always wanted a place to showcase the food I grew up eating in a more modern style. The backdrop of the lake and the wilderness is just a bonus for my cooking.”

The modern Midwestern menu will feature dishes such as macaroni and cheese stuffed meatloaf, venison stroganoff and smelt fries, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reports.

The restaurant and bar is expected to open June 1 and operate year round.
