A Minneapolis man has been arrested for driving while under the influence after being spotted traveling at high speed in Wisconsin with children in the car.
The 23-year-old was pulled over Sunday morning after police clocked him going 97 mph in a 70 mph zone in Dunn County, Wisconsin.
He was then subjected to a field sobriety test, with police believing him to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Three more people were in the car at the time, including two children aged 1 and 2.
After being subjected to chemical testing, the man was placed in custody at Dunn County Jail.
