Tori 44, located on the corner of Penn and 44th avenues in north Minneapolis, remained open Sunday despite a car slamming into its building on Saturday afternoon.

Fortunately, nobody inside was injured and the driver suffered only minor injuries. But shockingly, this isn't the first time the building it's located in has been hit by a vehicle.

It's least the third time, according to an Instagram post from Tori 44 chef/owner Jason Dorweiler, who opened his new restaurant in April this year.

Dorweiler told KARE 11 that they're trying to get the city to install barricades so it doesn't happen again.

Tori 44, which is in the spot formerly home to Victory 44, is the second ramen restaurant opened by Dorweiler in the Twin Cities. The first, Tori Ramen, opened in 2016 at 161 Victoria Street North in St. Paul.

Dorweiler posted three of photos of the damage to Instagram
