Minnesota Attorney General sues for-profit colleges for improper payments

Attorney General Lori Swanson accuses two for-profit colleges of improperly paying recruiters to lad new students. Law prohibits paying commission or any other incentives for people involved in recruiting. Swansonacuses Argosy and Art Institutes International of illegal use of taxpayer funds.
