Minnesota man killed by falling tree, woman and 2 kids injured
A Minnesota man was killed by a falling tree in Wisconsin early Sunday morning.
According to the Sawyer County Sheriff's Office, 55-year-old James Pluff of Redwood Falls died after a severe storm blew a large oak tree onto the camper he was in on the east shore of Lake Chetac, in northwest Wisconsin.
Pluff was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after deputies arrived around 2:45 a.m.

There was also an adult woman and two children in the camper at the time. They were taken to an area hospital with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening.
