Minnesotan to star on 'America's Next Top Model'

Yvonne Powless is the latest Minnesotan to compete on "America's Next Top Model." The 20-year-old from Minneapolis will join a dozen other aspiring models on the CW reality show when it kicks off its "College Edition" (Cycle 19) on Aug. 24.

Yvonne Powless is the latest Minnesotan to compete on "America's Next Top Model" the Pioneer Press reports. The 5-foot-8 20-year-old from Minneapolis, a student at the University of Texas at Austin, will be on the CW reality show on its "College Edition," which premieres Aug. 24.

Her Facebook page says she is studying English and French. And she likes Harry Potter.
