The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified the teenager tragically killed, allegedly by his younger brother last week in Minnetonka.

Sebastian Antonio Harris, 16, of Minnetonka died Saturday night from a stab wound to his chest, allegedly carried out by his 12-year-old brother. Harris was taken to the emergency room at North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale but did not survive.

"Sebastian always stood up for the underdog and did what he thought was right," says an online fundraiser for his family. "He had a contagious sense of humor and an incredible imagination. His life ended too soon, though his spirit will live on in all the lives he touched with his warm heart and gentle spirit."

At approximately 8:15 p.m. Saturday, Minnetonka Police were called to an apartment complex at 11367 Fairfield Road on a report of a stabbing. The victim's 12-year-old brother was named the suspect and taken into custody at Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center.

The 12-year-old was charged as a juvenile on Monday.

"The youth’s case will be handled in the juvenile court system," the Hennepin County Attorney's Office said. "Because of his age, no other information is public."
