The 14-year-old boy has been found and is safe, according to an update from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office.

A 14-year-old autistic boy reported missing late Thursday night remains the subject of authorities Friday morning. 

Brody Heibner was last seen Thursday in Shoreview, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office. He was wearing a light-gray sweatshirt, jeans, black Adidas shoes and carry8ing a dark backpack. 

Heibner is approximately 5-foot-7 and weights around 120 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. 

"Brody may be in danger and attempting to relocate by train or other means. He also likes to frequent vacant buildings, worksites, and parks," the sheriff's office said. 

Heibner's father posted to Facebook around 6 a.m. Friday saying he had not yet heard from authorities. 

"I have not received any word yet from the authorities on the whereabouts of my son. Please keep praying for his safe return. Brody if you can see this post I’m not mad at you at all," his father wrote. "We just want you to come home. Please come home. "

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should immediately contact the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office at 651-266-7320.
