Missing woman found 'muddy, chilly, but healthy' in Bloomington

Good news Monday morning as police in Bloomington confirmed that a missing woman was found by her grandson. 

Muddy, chilly, but healthy, and very happy!! Dawn was found by her Grandson this morning," Bloomington PD tweeted. "Her daughter spoke to her grandson via phone and asked if she was walking and talking. Dawn said in the background, “I am singing!” Thanks to all the people that helped look for her."

Police in Bloomington have asked the public to keep an eye out for a missing woman. 

Only releasing her first name, police say Dawn, who has Alzheimer's, walked about from the 10100 block fo James Ave. on Sunday night. She was last seen wearing dark pants, a light shirt and several necklaces. 

Dawn has gray hair and wears glasses. 

"We are still actively looking for her," Bloomington PD said around 6 a.m. Monday. "Please call 911 immediately if you see her."
