A Minnesota man who was recently charged in a case involving the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl was found dead.
Steven Dale Row, 50, was last seen at his home in Paynesville May 23 – not long after he and his wife were charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct stemming from allegations that they sexually abused a 13-year-old girl following a night of drinking in their home, according to WJON.
KNSI reported Tuesday, citing court records, that charges against Steven Row have been dismissed because he is deceased.
In June, police alerted the public that Row had been listed as a missing person, describing him as 5'5'', 190 pounds with gray hair, brown eyes, glasses and a beard.
An obituary for Row says he died May 23 – the day he'd last been seen – near Grove City, which is a small town in Meeker County about 15 miles south of Paynesville.
No details about how he died have been released.
