Missing person: Stillwater man hasn't been seen or heard from since December 20

His vehicle was found idling and his phone goes directly to voicemail.

Authorities in Stillwater are concerned about the welfare of a man who hasn't been seen or heard from in 10 days.

He left his residence that night following an argument and family and friends tell police that they haven't seen or heard from him since, and his phone goes directly to voicemail.

The sheriff's office adds that the vehicle they believe Bell left in was found unoccupied with the engine idling on the 800 block of Cope Avenue West in Roseville.

Bell is described as 5-foot-6, 155 pounds and was last seen wearing dark work boots, blue jeans, a navy blue sweatshirt with the letters "TC on the chest and a green cargo jacket.
