Authorities are asking the public to help keep an eye out for a missing man who was last seen Oct. 20.

The Scott County Sheriff's Office issued a release saying Daniel Joseph Bade, 48, left his home in Credit River Township near Prior Lake on Sunday and hasn't been seen since.

Bade was last seen wearing a charcoal-gray sweatshirt with blue jeans and driving a 2012 Toyota RAV4, white in color, with Minnesota license plate MLU-012.

Bade is known to frequent Dresser, Wisconsin, as well as casinos, hotels and motels, the sheriff's office says, adding that he has health and medical issues that add to the concern about his wellbeing.
