A mother and two children were killed in a collision in northwestern Minnesota.
The crash involving two vehicles happened north of Thief River Falls on Wednesday afternoon.
The mother and children were thrown from their vehicle and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt. No further information has been released about what caused the crash, nor whether the victims were wearing seatbelts at the time.
The Minnesota State Patrol and the Minnesota DNR also responded to the scene.
The latest figures show that there have been 263 reported road deaths in Minnesota so far in 2018.
That is three fewer than there were in 2017 at the same time. In total, there were 358 road fatalities last year.
