Motorcyclist dies in collision with pickup in Le Sueur County

The crash happened at a curve in the road.

A head-on crash between a motorcycle and a pickup proved fatal for the motorcyclist on Saturday afternoon. 

According to the Le Sueur County Sheriff's Office, the motorcyclist, identified as Scott Christensen, was westbound on County Road 26 near Montgomery when he collided with an eastbound truck near County Road 136. 

The sheriff's office noted the crash happened at a curve in the road around 3:30 p.m. 

Christensen was pronounced dead at the scene. A man and woman, ages 56 and 55, respectively, were in the pickup. Neither was injured.
