A three-vehicle crash in Oakdale Monday night killed a motorcyclist.
The Minnesota State Patrol says that around 10:12 p.m., a pickup truck was towing a sedan westbound on Interstate 94 west of the Interstate 494/694 interchange.
A motorcycle then struck the rear end of the sedan, throwing the rider off.
The sedan then struck the pickup truck.
According to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, the motorcyclist, a 40-year-old man from Minneapolis, was killed in the incident.
The driver of the pickup truck was uninjured. The passenger of the pickup and the driver of the sedan both sustained non-life threatening injuries.
