A crash that temporarily closed the northbound lanes of Highway 65 in Blaine Friday was a single-vehicle wreck involving a motorcyclist.
It happened on Hwy. 65 near 105th Ave. NE around 6:05 p.m. Details about what led to the crash have not been announced, but the Minnesota State Patrol reports that the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was detected.
The motorcyclist, a 58-year-old man from Princeton, Minnesota, was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, according to the crash report.
