What's on tap: It's Minnesota Cooks Day

7:45 a.m.: The 31st Annual Milk Run 5K starts at Randall Avenue at the fair.

9 a.m. Visit Carousel Park for Minnesota Cooks Sunday – chefs team up with local food producers to share and prepare their favorite recipes. The demonstrations begin at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day. Click here for a schedule.

2 p.m.: Marching in Sunday's parade are high school marching bands from Becker, Cotter, New Prague, Stewartville and Spring Valley in Wisconsin.

3 p.m.: Be sure to visit the Cattle, Sheep & Poultry and Swine Barns early – they close at 3 p.m. Sunday.

7:30 p.m.: Alan Jackson and special guest Brandy Clark play the Grandstand. Tickets are still available for $40.

8:30 p.m.: Terry Clark performs at the Leine Lodge Bandshell.
