Northern Minnesota bog becoming a global warming laboratory

A ten-year project led by the U.S. Energy Department will study the effects of artificially warming a peat bog near Grand Rapids. Researchers will see how the ecosystem responds to temperatures up to fifteen degrees warmer than normal.
