A man from Northfield who went missing in mid-November has been found dead, according to an update from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
Joseph Camplin, 42, hadn't been seen since Nov. 16 and authorities were concerned about his welfare because of health concerns. Sadly, his body was found in rural Dakota County, the BCA says.
The original missing persons report from Northfield Police Department noted that Camplin was "known to get up during the night and go for walks but he usually returns."
Details about how he was found have not been provided, nor has a cause of death been announced.
