Not at all Minnesota Nice: This pickup driver hit parked cars, then drove off

The pickup driver left without telling anyone.

This was not cool.

That photo above from the Carver County Sheriff's Office shows a pickup truck, after it hit a car in the parking lot of Central High School in Norwood Young America.

The pickup hit the parked vehicle hard enough that it then made contact with a second parked vehicle.

The pickup driver left without telling anyone.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, during a basketball game with teams visiting from Mayer and Lester Prairie. The sheriff's office says the pickup, which appears to be a newer, dark-colored Chevrolet, probably has noticeable damage to the front and driver's sides areas.

The sheriff's office is hoping anyone with information about the pickup or driver will contact them – their phone number is 952-361-1212.
