The Business Journal reports this is the second time in four years the Old Country Buffet has filed for reorganization. In 2008, the Minnesota company laid off 2,300 employees and closed 51 restaurants. A spokesman says the company will announce which locations are closing within the next week.
The pizza chain is operating under bankruptcy protection. It's also trying to sell off all its locations in Colorado, the Business Journal in Denver reports.
