Infinite Spirits Inc., filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition last month. The West Central Tribune reports the Minnesota-based company will be liquidated, but the Shakers brand could be sold. It was distilled in Benson up until last year.

Shakers Vodka brand and equipment being auctioned online

The Shakers brand will be sold along with bottling equipment and packaging materials, including recipes, patents and trademarks. Minnesota-based Infinite Spirits, the maker of Shakers Vodka, filed voluntary bankruptcy protection in early 2012. The online auction will run through June 26.
