Parents of Moorhead brothers killed in crash offer $10K reward

The parents of two brothers killed in a rollover crash while driving to a basketball camp are now offering a reward for information about the incident.

Zachary Kvalvog, 18 years old at the time, and 14-year-old Connor Kvalvog were in a Dodge Ram with two other teenagers, heading to Wisconsin for the camp on the morning of June 23.

The brothers were killed when their pickup struck the shoulder, then rolled over into the median before landing in the opposite lane.

Within days, the State Patrol said it was trying to find the driver of a semi, said to be "extremely close" to the boys' pickup at the time of the crash.

Nearly two months later, parents Ray and Kathie Kvalvog still have few answers, and are putting up billboards offering $10,000 for anyone who provides information about the semi truck, WDAY reports.

According to KVRR, the billboards will be put up near Moorhead, as well as the site of the crash near Dalton on Interstate 94.

Their deaths resulted in an outpouring of grief in the Moorhead area, with their school – Park Christian – holding a vigil to honor them.

The State Patrol is still investigating.
