Passenger killed in 2-vehicle crash on Highway 95 in Cambridge

A passenger of a car was killed in a crash in Isanti County on Tuesday afternoon. 

The collision happened around 2:50 p.m. on Hwy. 95 at Flanders St. NE in Cambridge, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. 

A Kia Sedona headed westbound on Hwy. 95 was turning left onto Flanders St. NE when a Chevy Impala entered the intersection from eastbound Hwy. 95 and broadsided the Kia, causing it to roll. 

The passenger in the Kia died in the crash. 

She's been identified as 68-year-old Judith Leanna Grell, of Cambridge. 

A 70-year-old Cambridge man driving the Kia suffered non-life-threatening injuries and didn't require hospitalization. 

The driver of the Impala, a 37-year-old woman from Harris, Minnesota, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Cambridge Hospital for treatment.
