Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan plans to hold a "victory rally" on Sunday afternoon at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The Romney-Ryan campaign is making a last-ditch effort to gather votes outside the traditional battleground states of Ohio, Virginia and Florida. Both Mitt Romney and President Obama are making an aggressive push to win Wisconsin.

Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan plans to hold a "victory rally" on Sunday afternoon at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, the Associated Press reports.

According to an invitation to the event, the Wisconsin congressman will headline a 3:30 p.m. rally at the Sun County hangar, the Star Tribune reports. Get more information and tickets online.

The Romney-Ryan campaign is making a last-ditch effort to gather support outside the traditional battleground states of Ohio, Virginia and Florida. It appears Wisconsin is the new Ohio – vital to both Romney and Obama, the Washington Post reports. President Obama was in Wisconsin on Thursday, and plans to be back in the state Saturday and again Monday.

Vice President Joe Biden will be in Beloit and Superior, Wis., on Friday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says.

It would be Jill Biden's second campaign stop in Minnesota since Labor Day.
