Police in the central Minnesota town of Paynesville are asking for the public's help in locating a missing person who has a warrant for his arrest on first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.

Steven Dale Row, 50, was last seen at his home in Paynesville on May 23, with police saying he could be driving a blue 2005 Chevrolet 2500HD truck with Minnesota license plate MAE592.

Row has been listed as a missing person and is described as being 5-foot-5, 190 pounds with gray hair, brown eyes, glasses and a beard.

Police noted that before Row left he appears to have been searching for information about suicide.

Anyone with information that could help authorities locate Row is asked to contact Paynesville Police Department at 320-243-3434.

According to WJON, Row and his wife, Stacy Row, were charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct in May stemming from allegations that they sexually abused a 13-year-old girl following a night of drinking in their home.
