The city of Minneapolis will hold public hearings on Jan. 28 on a set of new regulations for pedal pubs, the rolling beer vehicles that became legal in Minnesota four years ago.

The Star Tribune reports that the city wants to put a measure on the books that would regulate the tables-powered-by-bike-pedalers. It would require operators would be required to follow new rules, such as obtaining a license and operating within certain hours. The proposed ordinance would also require the pubs to get off the road by 10 p.m., forbid hard liquor and require that owners carry $2 million in insurance.
