A woman is dead following a pedestrian-vehicle accident in St. Cloud. 

The Minnesota State Patrol reports that the fatal crash happened on westbound Hwy. 10 at East Saint Germain Street around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. 

According to the crash report, a woman entered the roadway and was struck by a 2015 Chevrolet Colorado pickup that was traveling west on Hwy. 10. 

The State Patrol notes that the pickup had a green light when the woman entered the lanes of traffic. 

The victim has been identified as Judith Dvorak Ramirez, 57, of St. Cloud. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

A 55-year-old Breezy Point, Minnesota, woman driving the pickup was not injured.
