Photos: Street poles take a hit in the slippery conditions
Slippery roads Tuesday morning led to more than a hundred crashes. Dozens of vehicles ended up in the ditch. And a few took out telephone and light poles.
The Duluth Police Department posted on Facebook that someone hit a power line Tuesday morning. The post says the driver was not injured; however the power line isn't looking so good.

And the Bayport Police Department posted on Facebook that a vehicle took out a street light on the intersection of 5th Street North and 2nd Avenue North.
They say the driver left the scene and they're trying to find out who did it.

Duluth police want to remind people to slow down and be careful driving in the snow and ice.
