Crash I-35

12:45 P.M. UPDATE

Interstate 35 in Owatonna is open again after crews worked to clear a 26-vehicle pileup. The crash involved 20 cars and six semis. No serious injuries have been reported.

Original story 10:45 a.m.

A multi-vehicle crash has resulted in a pileup on Interstate 35 near Owatonna.

MnDOT traffic cameras show what appears to be multiple vehicles in the ditch and a tanker semi partially jackknifed in the left lane of northbound I-35.

Traffic looks to be at a standstill from just before the Hwy. 14 exit in Owatonna to W. Bridge St. before things start moving again.

Google is reporting a 12-minute delay through that stretch, although it doesn't appear that – as of 10:45 a.m. – traffic is moving at all.

There are also numerous crashes along I-94 between St. Cloud and the Twin Cities, in addition to crashes beginning to litter the roads in the metro.
