Fond du Lac Tribal Police say the man, 34-year-old Joseph Leo Zak, was last heard from Monday at his home. He's described as a vulnerable adult and authorities are concerned about his welfare, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

Zak is 6 feet tall, weights 325 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and a full beard.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Fond du Lac Tribal Police at 218-878-8040 or 911.

The Fond du Lac reservation (in the shaded area on the map to the left) is located just west of Duluth.
