The call came in just after 7 a.m. Tuesday, KTTC reports, prompting officials to evacuate the parking ramp and close down nearby streets, ABC 6 reports.

The St. Paul bomb squad arrived around 10 a.m. to investigate the device, which is described as having duct tape and a white cap, the Rochester Post Bulletin says.

Officials used a robot to remove the suspected pipe bomb, ABC 6

" target="_blank">tweeted, and the bomb squad will investigate whether the device was actually a bomb.

By 10:30 a.m., the 1st Street Parking Ramp was back to normal – the bomb squad had left the scene and police tape was taken down.

No one was injured in the incident and police say there is no risk to the public, reports note.

Some tweets from the scene:

The parking ramp is located near a few hotels, as well as shopping and dining establishments, the ramp's website notes. It is also a few blocks from the Mayo Clinic in downtown Rochester.
