Police: Man flashed gun at boy inside Eden Prairie McDonald's

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Eden Prairie police.

Police in Eden Prairie are investigating a disorderly conduct case that involved a gun being flashed at a McDonald's.

At 8:01 p.m. Monday, someone called 911 reporting there was a large group of people causing a disturbance at the McDonald's located at 598 Prairie Center Drive. 

Officers arrived at the fast food restaurant and were told by witnesses that a verbal dispute between an adult male and a boy led to the adult displaying a gun before leaving the scene. 

Police are reviewing surveillance video and witness statements to determine if a crime was committed, and they're asking anyone with information about the incident to call 952-949-6200 and ask to talk to an investigator. 

No further details have been released because it's an active investigation.
