Police: Man pinned to death at St. Paul recycling center

Police are investigating a fatal incident that happened Monday morning at a recycling center in St. Paul. 

Preliminary information from St. Paul Police Department explains that officers were sent to 309 West Como Avenue, the address for Advanced Disposal, around 7:10 a.m. on a report of an accident. 

The victim, an unidentified man, had been opening the back doors of a truck when someone driving a front-end loader backed into him, pinning him between the loader and the truck, witnesses told police. 

No further information has been released.
