Update: Police on Thursday offered more details about Kazimer's whereabouts over the past few days. Click here to read the new story.

A 17-year-old Annandale girl who disappeared in St. Cloud over the weekend has been found alive.

St. Cloud police say Aaliyah Kazimer was located in Riverside Park at about 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. The statement from police says Kazimer approached someone near Munsinger Gardens and asked to use a phone to call her aunt.

Kazimer is apparently OK. She was taken to a hospital "for precautionary measures," police say, and her condition is stable. An investigation of her whereabouts since Saturday evening continues.

Kazimer's aunt had created a Facebook page dedicated to finding the teen and posted a brief update there around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The original story from Monday is below.

A search is underway for a 17-year-old St. Cloud girl who went missing over the weekend.

Aaliyah Christine Kazimer was last seen at 5 p.m. on Saturday at a house on County Road 120, wearing a black button up shirt and dark running shorts, according to a news release from St. Cloud Police.

Family and friends of Kazimer have grown more concerned since they found her car abandoned in Riverside Park, near the Mississippi River, Sunday evening.

Bloodhounds were called in to track her scent, but the trail went cold near the edge of the river about half a mile south of where her car was found, police said.

In a Facebook post, Kazimer's aunt Michelle King said the teenager's keys, bag and phone were found inside the truck.

She added the search will continue Monday. They're in need of flat-bottom boats so they can search the river.

Kazimer is described as Asian-American, about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighing around 120 pounds.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call St. Cloud PD at 320-251-1200, or the Tri-County Crime Stoppers at either 320-255-1301, or 1-800-255-1301.
