Police are appealing for help to find a college student who went missing from a bar in Minneapolis early Friday morning.

Minneapolis police officials say 22-year-old Jennifer Houle of Stillwater was last seen at the Blarney Bar in Dinkytown some time between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.

She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with long blonde hair as worn in the picture above. At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a black leather jacket, green blouse, black leggings and boots.

Minneapolis police said Houle's purse was found at about 3 a.m. Friday.

KSTP reports that Houle is a senior at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities and is a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority.

The Pioneer Press says Houle is currently studying at the U's Carlson School of Management, where she is pursuing a double major in Human Resources, and Industrial Relations and Accounting.

"Our sister, Jen Houle is still missing," Pi Beta Phi said on its Facebook page. "We need all the help we can get to find this warm-hearted, beautiful person. If you have any information, please contact us or the Minneapolis police."

Police have said they are not planning any official searches around the area.

Anyone with information should call 911 or text the police anonymous tip line at 847 411, entering MPD and the tip.
