The crash happened just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding the driver who was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Plymouth.

Plymouth police say the driver hit a pedestrian at about 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, at County Road 24 and 32nd Avenue North and then fled the scene.

Police believe the motorist was driving a black sedan, possibly an Acura TL made in 2009-2014.

Anyone with information about the crash or vehicle is asked to contact Detective Mike Passig at 763-509-5139.

The crash closed County Road 24 for several hours.
