Foul play is not suspected after two bodies were found in a Rochester residence on Tuesday.

According to Rochester police, officers were dispatched around 4:30 p.m. to the 400 block of 13th Ave. NW for a possible dead body in a multi-family complex, with the landlord calling police to investigate an odor.

On arrival, two bodies were discovered inside the unit. There is no indication of foul play at this point in the investigation, and police confirmed that the bodies were those of siblings who likely died of medical conditions.

Rochester Police Lt. Mike Sadauskis told ABC 6 that the bodies were likely there "for some time," adding that the brother and sister were aged in their 50s.

Autopsies will determine the cause of death for each person.
