A Maple Grove printing plant has been sold.

The Minneapolis-St Paul Business Journal reports that the plant was leased by media company Gannett Co. Inc. The plant was sold for $14.4 million, according to a certificate of real estate value filed this week.

Boston-based Cabot Properties sold the 192,000-square-foot building to Indiana-based Becknell Investors.

The St. Cloud Times began printing there after shutting down its own press in 2009.
