The suspect was arrested Saturday afternoon. Per KSTP, he's a 23-year-old man from Bloomington.
Police say he was one of the two shooters, with the other shooter identified as one of the deceased, the Star Tribune notes.

Investigators believe there was an argument that led up to the shooting, and that there's no longer a threat to the community.
