Report: Shooting Friday night at Myth Live nightclub

This would not be the first shooting at the popular venue in Maplewood.

Maplewood police are investigating a shooting at Myth Live nightclub, reports say.

According to Facebook posts, including one from a St. Paul "police scanner follower" group, shots were fired on Friday night, leaving one person with a gunshot wound to the neck:

The victim is now in critical condition, FOX 9 reports.

The station says police have yet to arrest a suspect in connection with the shooting, which is now being investigated.

Friday night's event was a concert by rappers Lil Baby and Blueface, who are currently on tour.

BringMeTheNews has reached out to both the Maplewood police and Myth Live for comment.

The nightclub has had at least one shooting incident before; in 2013, two suspects were arrested after a man was shot in the leg outside Myth Live following a verbal altercation.
