Police in Bloomington have issued images of two persons of interest in an attempted robbery that left a restaurant owner with gunshot wounds.

The two suspects pictured above are believed to have entered Penn Lake Roast Beef on Tuesday and confronted owner Kevan Tran, 57.

During the ensuing confrontation, Tran was shot in the abdomen and hand. He is currently in a stable condition in a hospital, per a GoFundMe page launched in his name.

Bloomington PD wants help identifying either of the people pictured above, with the images taken just prior to the robbery from surveillance cameras at a nearby business.

Anyone with information on this case should call 952-563-4994 and leave a message.

"Our thoughts are with [Tran] as he recovers from this senseless crime," Bloomington PD Deputy Chief Mike Hartley said.
