The Minnesota State Patrol is offering a reward via CrimeStoppers for information that helps investigators find the person responsible for a fatal hit-and-run in September.
The collision happened at 5:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 on Hwy. 23, just east of St. Cloud.
Killed in the collision was cyclist Dhanjal Shanwant Singh, 50, of St. Cloud.
The State Patrol says that the driver involved is believed to have been in a dark colored 1999-2005 Volkswagen Jetta.
"The vehicle likely has front-end damage, including a possible broken headlight," the State Patrol said.
A reward of $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to charges. Anyone who can help can call the State Patrol at 651-582-1700.
