Rochester considers ambitious proposal to expand its bicycle network

City officials are looking at a plan to add 50 miles of bike routes and 60 safer crossings over the next quarter-century, according to the Post Bulletin. Rochester was named a Bicycle Friendly Community in 2010 after adding 16 miles of new bike lanes in the last few years.
