Rochester police searching for missing 29-year-old woman who may be injured

The Rochester Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a woman it says may be injured.
Police say 29-year-old Brynn Hailey Lackram was last seen around midnight Tuesday morning, at her home in northwest Rochester. Family and friends haven't been able to make contact with her since.
Adding to the concern, police say Lackram "may have suffered a medical injury recently," though the alert provides no additional details. Because of this "possible injury" and lack of contact, the police department wants to ensure she is safe, the release says.
She is described as about 5-foot-3, 125 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt over a black tank top. She also had on gold flip clops and a cross necklace with a green gemstone.
The Rochester Police Department is asking anyone who knows where Lackram might be to call their investigator at 507-328-6928.
