I-35W reopens at 66th Street after crash involving semi rollover
2:20 P.M. UPDATE
The freeway has reopened.
1 P.M.
The northbound lanes of Interstate 35W near the south Minneapolis border with Richfield is shut down due to a semi rollover crash.
The Minnesota State Patrol announced just after 1:45 p.m. that the crash will keep the northbound lanes closed for an extended period of time, with traffic being diverted to nearby Hwy. 62.
Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes, which could be limited further as President Donald Trump has landed in Minnesota and will be traveling to a business in Burnsville for a roundtable discussion, which could lead to traffic delays.
