A school bus driver has been injured in a shooting on Interstate 94 in Minneapolis on Tuesday.
The shooting happened after a crash on westbound I-94 near Chicago Avenue, south of downtown Minneapolis, Minneapolis police said.
Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras showed a sedan car stopped near the school bus.
The driver of the sedan is believed to have gotten out of his car and pointed a gun at the contract school bus driver as they argued after the crash.
This eventually led to gunfire that saw the driver sustain non-life threatening gunshot injuries. He was taken to HCMC where he underwent surgery, but was awake and alert.
The other driver was taken into custody.
There was one child at the rear of the bus, who was not injured.
